SEND and inclusion are at the heart of The Beacon's provision. We have been recognised for our outstanding SEND and inclusive practice with the nationally recognised Inclusion Quality Mark. The IQM have recognised our setting as a Centre of Excellence.

This is a truly inclusive school working within the paradoxical environment of caring for children excluded from mainstream settings. It is hugely successful and it was a privilege to have had the opportunity to visit the appropriately named (The) Beacon.
